The participation fee includes admission to the conference, lunch, and refreshments during networking breaks.
Payment and cancellation terms
- Participation in the conference is conditional upon payment of the participation fee (amount including VAT) by 18 November 2026 by bank transfer or cash deposit to the account of Inštitút bankového vzdelávania NBS, n.o. (hereinafter referred to as “IBV”): IBAN:SK65 0900 0000 0052 5076 5391
- Any cancellation of participation in the conference must be made by the customer via the e-shop or by e-mail sent toibv@ibv-nbs.sk.
- If a participant cancels their participation in the conference by 4:00 p.m. on 18 November 2026, the cancellation is free of charge. In such a case, unless IBV and the participant agree to apply the paid participation fee towards another IBV educational activity, IBV shall refund the participation fee paid by the participant within 14 calendar days of the cancellation.
- If a participant cancels their participation in writing after 4:00 p.m. on 18 November 2026, they are not entitled to a refund of the participation fee paid.
- If a participant does not attend the conference for any reason, they are not entitled to a refund of the participation fee or to transfer their participation to another IBV educational activity.
- Substitution of the registered participant is permitted.
- The participant acknowledges that the organiser will take photographs during the event. By attending the event, the participant consents to photographs being taken in which they may appear and to the use of such photographs by the organiser for the purposes of documenting and reasonably promoting the event, in particular on the organiser’s website, social media channels and in its marketing materials.
