Having completed this course the learner will be able to: - Explain the steps to an effective recruitment strategy; - Develop a job analysis and job description and identify specific job skills; - Explain and discuss the steps involved in the selection process; - Explain the various types of interviews and interview questions; - Discuss interview methods and potential mistakes in interviewing candidates; - Discuss the different types of selection models; - Explain the goals of a compensation plan; - Explain the various types of benefits that can be offered to employees.


The workshop is designed for people within HR and Recruiting, more specifically in the areas of Administrative Roles (eg. HR Coordinator, Payroll Coordinator…), Specialist Roles (eg. HR Generalist, Sourcer, Trainer…), Human Resources Mid- Management Roles (Compensation and Benefits Manager, HR Business Partner) and Human Resources Senior Leadership Roles ( eg. HR Director, Recruiting Director…).

Obsah seminára

In this 1-day workshop, we’ll review and practice the most common elements of recruitment using English, including writing a job advertisement, reviewing résumés and cover letters, interviewing candidates, and selecting the most suitable applicant.  We’ll explore your individual questions, discuss effective tips and techniques, and review current legislation and guidelines on candidate search and selection. At the end of this workshop, you will feel more confident with recruiting candidates using the English language.
